中国正面临一场健康危机

过度消费、日趋增多的西方饮食、久坐不动的生活方式导致肥胖症、糖尿病和其他慢性疾病的大量涌现。

​与此同时,地球环境也面临着同样的健康危机。殊不知,近年来国人饮食习惯的西化转变,如对肉类和奶制品需求的大量增长,亦间接导致了土地退化、缺水等环境问题。

​我们相信扭转饮食习惯能有效为环境做出可观的贡献。目前中国还没有成型的食品教育课程,所以是时候换个角度和孩子谈谈食物了。

 

简单的日常选择就能产生极大的社会影响。建立以蔬果为主的饮食习惯,每个孩子可以减少个人碳排放的近40%。中国由其众多的人口,以及对新趋势快速的接受能力,让我们确信中国才是打赢这场环境仗的最前线。
